Consultation forms are required for new clients prior to booking. 

In-person consultation and test strand may be required before booking your appointment for colour

A $50 deposit is required for all new clients to reserve your appointment date

48-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

Cash, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted

Services are non-refundable. Adjustments can be made within reason within 1 week of service. 

Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled
